Our own branded items are mostly made to order and can only be refunded if the items are faulty or damaged, or in the instance of a non arrival of an order. In these situations we would always aim to replace the item for you, however we will refund if this is preferred once proof of damage/fault has been provided. In some cases we would ask you to return the item to allow you to receive a full/partial refund depending on the situation.
Refunds on damaged or faulty items must be claimed within 30 days of receipt of your order. If asked to return, your return must be sent to us within 3 weeks.

If returning item for a reason other than damage or faulty item, you the customer are responsible for the return postage fee. Please return item signed for, if the item is returned and doesnt arrive to myself i cannot be held responsible.
Non Pot Stars branded items may be returned if no longer wanted or required, within 30 days of purchase if unopened and in a condition that will allow us to re sell the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Due to the nature of our handmade plaster items, some small air bubbles and imperfections may be present. We do our best to ensure that all of the items that we send out are hand finished to a high standard. If you are not happy with the quality of an item, please contact us at email@example.com.
